Highly recommend! We’ve always used Blue Pacific when we travel to Samoa, for more than 15yrs now. Every time - 100% reliable, professional and friendly service. Vehicles are always clean and well maintained.

Blue Pacific were always very helpful, responding promptly to emails and helping me to book the ferry to Savaii and back. The car was sturdy and I had no issues in the 500+ kilometres I drove. Very happy!

Recommend.almost new car hired April 2023, delivered to resort on time as organised and we were met at the airport 5 days later. Second time using them over last 5 years, both times they do as promised with good quality cars

Completely happy with the customer service and the car we had prior and during the rental period. The only issue we encountered was on the day of return and we were flying out. Our bond money was not produced because it was forgotten back in town. It eventually arrived cutting it very close for us.

I’ve tried 4 companies before this one and can say confidently this is the most professional and informative one. The prices are reasonable and the car was the cleanest yet!

I hired a 9 seater Hyundai van for 8days drove to Lalomanu and Saletoga 1hr20mins away from Apia and it was absolutely amazing and reliable. I had a problem with a flat battery called the team they came to the rescue within 10mins also back windows were faulty unable to open for fresh air good thing Aircon was algood.
A little bit pricey but absolutely worth it.

Car was in good condition, hired for 8 days and didn't have a problem with the car. Was met at the airport at 5am, transaction was fast and returning car was simple. I had issues with my credit card which they were understanding and patient with. Only gripe was my drivers licence was not returned to me with the paperwork on arrival so to obtain it I had to drive back to the airport. Good service otherwise.

We had a great experience all in all. I messed up the booking, but they still found us a vehicle with two days to go - possible a bit of luck involved there, as I believe they'd just had a cancellation! They were easy to get a hold of before we arrived, and managed a few shifts in our arrival time without a hitch. The van was in good condition and went well over our 7 day stay. Staff were polite and helpful, and we left feeling really positive about our experience with them - particularly as friends of ours had a nightmare of a time with Avis!

I have seldom, if ever, come across a more friendly and helpful group of people, and I can highly recommend this company.

They were much cheaper than the big boys. Our car was delivered directly to our remote resort. Unfortunately we fell asleep on the beach and kept the poor man from Blue Pacific waiting in reception for about an hour, but this didn't seem to concern him at all. Also a very simple process when we dropped it back at the airport, and the car was fine and suited our purposes perfectly.

The real plus came afterwards. When we got home we found a 'car hire' charge on our credit card which we didn't recognise, and unfortunately the name against it was a company with a name very similar to Blue Pacific's. We then went back to Blue Pacific to query it, in the very mistaken belief that they might have overcharged us. They bent over backwards to help us, even contacting their own bank to make sure they hadn't made a mistake, asking around Apia to try to help us find out which Samoan company it actually was, and advising us on what else we might be able to do to resolve the matter. (The mistake was entirely ours - we should have recognised that the charge was from a company that we'd taken a tour with, even though the credit car entry said 'car hire' when it was actually a tour company.) Blue Pacific's helpfulness was absolutely fantastic, particularly given the mistake was entirely ours and nothing at all to do with them. Thank you so much Blue Pacific, and Michaela in particular.

+ super quick and uncomplicated booking last minute - would have given me an upgrade for free

+ pick up at the airport on time
+- Flexible in returning earlier but ask only the boss if/how much you get back when the new rental period is in a less discounted price range!
+- i wasnt asked about a temporary driving license which can lead in a high penalty after 24h of rental - so ask them to go to the place where you get a temporary license for 1 Month, cost 21 Talas

Excellent company to deal with. Organised a two day hire of a van at short notice. Was delivered and picked up from our resort, all to clockwork.

First time to rent a car and we were a bit worried, however we had an awesome experience - great service, brand new vehicle (A/C, Bluetooth,), friendly staff, ability to offer a Samoan driver license, free drop of in front of our apartment, no problems at all! 10/10 recommended)
Oh and the few dollars more are totally worth it!

First of all I want to say that we were really happy with this company and would rent the car there straight away again!

Since there are so many rental companies in Apia we were really not sure which one to choose.in the end we went with blue pacific because of their good comments. We must say we were really happy with everything. The car drove perfectly fine (it was almost new) and the service from the company was great! They dropped the car off at our place in Apia for free!

They made our rental for 10 days very easy and was a very good price. Had no issues with the car provided. Excellent!
