Fridam Car Rentals and Accommodations

We arrived in Samoa and our confirmed third party rental car booking wasn't honoured which left us stranded. Fridam Car rentals were amazing to supply several of us with cars at short notice. The quality of the vehicles, friendliness of staff, and ease of pick up/return was beyond any of our expectations. We will definitely contact Fridam on our next visit and recommend them to any travellers visiting Samoa. A genuinely great, professional and caring team.

Terrible. There were cockroaches in our rental and they couldn’t exchange our car until the second week. We could report this to the health department as cockroaches spread! It went into our luggage and bags which then spread in hotel. When we spoke to Fridam Car Rentals about this they acted like this was common! No type of customer service. Who wants to ride in a cockroach (mogamoga) car smh. I will reporting this to the health department as this is a serious matter and effects others and their businesses. Reporting is not personal my poly people, it’s the safety of our people to report these matters. Mike was nice but not nice enough to respond in a fair way.

I 110% recommend these guys if you ever come to Samoa for a Holiday and need a rental

We had trouble with a car we were using and were looking around for a rental. We visited a couple of places which both had great reviews. One of the places didn't have anyone in at the time (Talmac, although they did follow up with a phone call but had already sorted a vehicle by then). Great friendly service - ask for Mika, perfect vehicle for our needs - nice and tidy, open to negotiation with reasonable pricing, hassle free with the paperwork and pick up from the hotel. Highly recommend A+

Best service & rates on the island. Cars are always in great condition. We got a car for 4 days & made 3 trips around the island & our fuel didn't even go down halfway so filling up again before drop off wasn't that pricey either (about 25 NZD) Daniel was great and they also issue the temporary license for a small fee so you don't have to worry about that. We went on some pretty gravelly roads & the car handled very well for a small one. Would recommend Fridam to anyone.
