Juliana's Car Rental

Very bad experience, the rental gave me a car full of scratches and when I returned it they accused me to be responsible of more scratches. It was a nightmare to have my bond back. I don't advise the rental to anyone.

Me an my family hired a van for 7 days but asked for extra day with no hassle last week easy transaction before an after.van worked like a dream got us everywhere around the island no drama thank you very much for your vehicle an service.

Great service, very clean van. We booked months before we flew into Samoa and had a very pleasant experience with this rental company. Would definitely use them again!

Great customer service. We booked a car last minute from our resort and upon arrival to this place, we were greeted by a very friendly lady who also had a great sense of humour. Our car was very good. Would go through them again.

Great car rental.
They had the car ready when agreed, no fuss and easy transaction, the car was good and the price reasonable.
And they extended our rental just with a quick phone call, no worries.
Returning the car was also easy and no problems.
Also they have a third party insurance option for an extra 20 WST per day that other car rentals do not have. Very worth taking the option in my opinion.
Cathy in reception is great and a pleasure to deal with.
Highly recommended.

Warning, this company should not be trusted!
They took my booking over the phone, but when I arrived, they informed the car was not available and I had to settle for a bigger more expensive car wish I did neither wanted nor needed. They did a very fast check of the car and when I returned it, they did an exhaustive check including all the points they intentionally missed in the first check. End result, I ended paying much more due to their dubious policies and dishonest behaviour.
