Sheraton Samoa Beach Resort

Beach area is beautiful. Nice secluded white sands beach with an island you can walk over during low tide.

Limited breakfast selection but OK. It’s actually better ones in Samoa. Overall the hotel seems not fully ready. Some of the guest room buildings seem in the middle of tear down. The lounge chairs by the pool are moldy and cheap looking. Gym doesn’t have WiFi coverage and it’s far away to get to so can be a challenge to exercise when dark.

The front desk and concierge folks are not reliable. I booked a tour with 9AM pickup. Then I waited one hour at the lobby and front desk people kept telling me car was on its way. First it was supposed to be 930 then 945 then 10AM car showed up. However the tour operator showed me the email they sent to the hotel that they informed the hotel at 6AM the pickup time was revised to 10AM. So overall the front desk dropped the ball big time and tried to cover up with more lies with this 930 945 business that never existed.

Most places don’t have AC. Such as lobby and restaurants or bar. Overall it is not very luxurious but again it is not overpriced either. Just need to adjust expectations.

Hotel had an ATM which is great for you if you want to avoid the credit card surcharge.

Very disappointed holds the sheraton name but doesn't quite live up to the Sheraton standard.
Very run down. The bed were comfortable and the pool was nice. Nice view of the beach. The staff very unfriendly and the food was over priced and horrible. I wouldn't stay again

It's amzaing place to stay It's a must restaurant bar service are amzaing pool side so relaxing just wanna say the staff compley go out of there way to make sure you have a fantastic stay.and that they did. General manager down to earth fantastic gentleman house keeping 10/10

We had a lovely time in this Sherston.

The service was fantastic. The people were so kind and helpful and also provided additional care as and when requested.

They were very accommodating and generous.

The location was awesome private beach nice beautiful views of the ocean and adjacent islands. The food was very nice with a lot of choices, the breakfast was similar but all great regardless.

Drinks and food were affordable and had a great variety.

Only thing would be to see it get modernised and updated.

Would love to stay again.

Someone from the staff stole USD200 from my bedroom during breakfast time and the manager didn't do anything about it. It happens often, apparently. Water leaking from the bedroom ceiling and we also got sick from the food.

Dawn and I spent 2 weeks at the Sheraton and we had one of the best holidays ever.
You need to accept that Samoa is still recovering from the affects to infrastructure from covid but we could not fault the service and facilities that are up and running.
We thoroughly enjoyed our daily swims in the lagoon and did not need to queue for sun loungers or anything like that.
The food was great, our room was just great and the staff were superb.
Special thanks to Tai (sorry Tai that is not your full name), who was always offering to go the extra mile.
We even had complimentary fruit dishes delivered to our room on a couple of occasions.

Had an awesome experience at Sheraton resort Room was nice and spacious, but it would've been nice to have a sink for dishes but other then that the view was beautiful, like waking up to paradise every morning. Breakfast was great. Lunch and Dinner was also great but would love more Samoan food on the menu Overall, It was a beautiful stay with my partner and the staff are amazing and make you feel so welcome and catered to our every need. Our highlight was definitely Faafetai! Who was the worker who took care of us during our stay. He let us know all the events going on at the resort, always checked in on us, greeted us with a smile and truly wanted us to have an amazing stay. Such an Asset to the Sheraton Mulifanua front of house staff.

Stayed here the first night off the plane. Comparing to the other places we've stayed during this trip it was probably the least value for money given the expensive and below par food. Rooms were nice and clean, beach was nice, pool was warm but just really let down by the food and the price of everything. Not sure I'd recommend this to anyone given where you can stay for much better value.

As a family group of 12 we found the Sheraton amazing. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was great, swimming pool area, beach, massage gym, sauna was just fantastic. I would highly recommend this place.

Loved it! Some strange reviews on here (people are horrible and love to complain). The Sheraton Samoa Beach was outstanding - we couldn’t fault it. Staff were beyond friendly and helpful - always cheerful! The food was great - didn’t have a bad meal. Great drinks and bar! Pool was lovely. Rooms were really nice. Beach is beautiful! Also loved the gym! Massive thumbs up to all the staff - they really make this place. Loved every minute of it. Will be back!

I have to say the staff were excellent here big thank you to Tai every day welcoming us and helped us more than we could expect. We felt looked after and cared for especially as we had an emergency family situation back in the uk my partner was left at the resort and they looked after her as well as helping with extra things to help with the stress of the situation as I left very last minute. We had a brilliant taxi driver called jay who tai also helped us with he was a brilliant tour guide too and very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond thank you everyone at the Sheraton unfortunately our 2 week travel here cut short very quickly but we will be back to Samoa what a wonderful culture and lovely people we could see just from our very quick holiday here.

Unless you're used to sleeping in 27C/80F with 100% humidity, I can't recommend this hotel. AC units are only big enough to cool a closet.

This resort is very average, its located a short drive from the international Airport however is atleast an hour from any attractions you may be interested in. Our room was presented nicely but the bathroom was pretty dirty, not what I would expect from a Sheraton. The staff were nice and friendly. I wouldn't choose to stay here.

We had executive suite was nicely laid out. Unfortunately our hot water stopped for 2 days and we had to go to another room to shower and couldn't take a bath. But The food was lovely. The team there had amazing customer service. The pool was awesome the kids Loved it. Loved the gift shop. The views are amazing. Wish we didn't get sick so we could enjoy more activities. An onsite or nearby Dr would have been great. We had to drive 45mins to Apia to see a Dr.

Cant possibly be a 3 star hotel, I couldnt even get a towel. I called 3 times went to reception 3 times asked 2 different staff members and had no towel the whole stay. Horrible

Unfortunately havent chance to visit cause of covid travel restrictions, so just can evaluate a zero customer service quality in terms of prepaid stay. Hotel has my money since january 2020 and no chance to get it back (no contact link, not responding to emails.). If this holds a brand Sheraton.

Highly recommended amazing views friendly people great service. Very family friendly. Food is average but the service more tan makes up for it.

Great value for money, beautiful setting and friendly staff. Big shout out to Vela who made us feel very welcome and looked after us during our stay. Snorkeling isn't so good out the front of the resort but is a great way to cool off anyway.

The staff went above and beyond to please you at the time when you step in. Staff knows your name and your room number. In this big hotel this is very rare and I am very impressed.

- Resort not close to anything except the airport.
- Buildings have 2 floors. No Lift.
- Charge 3% credit card surcharge.
- Some staff not aware of 10% Marriot member discount.

Overall a wonderful hotel and in my view the best in Samoa
