Horrible experience - we booked a car to go to Savai’i, confirmed several times, and then on the morning of the rental we were told the car was given to someone else. They didn’t want to help in any way, the guy was shrugging. Trip to savai’i ruined. This is not how businesses should operate. You could have at least called to tell us the “great” news in advance. I wish I could haven you zero stars here.

Horrible experience and very unprofessional and unreliable service! We had booked more than a week in advance a van for a bunch of friends to go to Savai’i, and the booking was reconfirmed two days prior, only to arrive to the rental yard at 8am on Friday morning for them to tell us that no van is available because they’ve extended the rental for someone using the van we had booked. No compensation or solution was provided. Of course, we had booked the van for the 10am ferry and thankfully at 9: 00am Sak Rentals came to the rescue! Wouldn’t

Same problems but it seems like they dnt care. Wasting time especially our money. They need to inspect their cars before they rent them out. Seen alot of their broken and crashed cars lying around their yard. We will never hire any cars from them in the future.

Worse and ripped off car rental to rent a car from. I will never ever rent a car again from them in the future. Preferred Sooula Rentals.

Horrible experience and poor quality cars. Only in samoa for 2weeks and had to change the rental four times. Issues included leaking air con, transmission issues, jammed windows, poor batterys and the list goes on. Though they were nice to provide a swap every time the inconvenince caused and hassle is not worth the time/money. Understandable if this was a dirt cheap rental however it was one of the most expensive. Would not use again

Worst rental i've evet dealt with. I paid for a truck for almost 2 weeks that literally breaks down everyday. I don't have a problem with the owner but the receptionist by the name of Darcy who hasn't paid me back my change from the first truck i returned to exchange for another truck I didn't fill the tank up which I had to pay $40 fuel but the second truck that kept breaking down everyday came to me empty and I returned the truck half tank full which I know I should have been reimbursed for. If anyone has to deal with Darcy don't let her fool you because she almost got me 3 times especially when she knows you got money and you're from overseas. Very unprofessional and NOT recommended to do business with.

Worst place to rent a car from. The cars are very dirty and the one I rented feels like it was going to fall apart. The gear does not always engage properly and the front wheels feel like they are going to fall off. They have on their literature that you can rent for one day but when they have high demand, they will not rent to you. The owner treats her employees very poorly (screamed at one employee for trying to rent a car to me for one day, while I was standing 10ft away). I would not rent anything again from them in the future.
