We stayed at Tanu for 4 nights, after staying at Stevenson Manase. These are basic fales with matressess over looking beautful beach in Manase. The staff were very welcoming, Hanah and Sia were amazing right throughout our stay. The price you pay stay $80 tala adult $40 tala children under 12, under 5 stay free and breakfast and dinner is included, and the meals are amazing well worth it. Shared bathroom/toilet facilities always cleaned by staff.
Hanah and Sia are the best thank you so much to you and your staff for accomodating our family during our stay we will see you again next year.

Staying at Tanu Beach Fales was amazing! Tanu’s family that own and run the place are beautiful. Everyone creates an incredibly welcoming environment. Great place to chill and relax with fales right near the beach. Food is great too with local breakfast and dinner provided each day. Snorkeling is available and turtles out the front. Would highly recommend staying here for a relax on Savaii.

So rustic and authentic. Really loved our stay. Too much rain caused us to leave a wee bit early.

Tanu Muese Beach Fales owns a big piece of our hearts, every time we leave, it’s like leaving family.
The atmosphere, the people and the fact that you get a bit of the traditional Samoan way of living, we love it.
People there are so welcoming, friendly and including.
We had a nice quiet time, and we also joined the locals playing volleyball.
We loved the laughter and joy we heard from the locals around us, or the Samoan music in the distance, while relaxing in our palm hut.
It’s lovely to wake up to the sound of the waves breaking on the reef, or sitting on the beach front watching the beautiful sunset. There is also a great place to go snorkeling, and if you’re lucky you can see turtles.

Sometimes they hold a fiafia,
a Samoan traditional celebration.

The food was great, large portions and a nice mix of Samoan food and more western traditional food. Tea, coffee and lovely fresh fruit.

We absolutely adore Tanu Muese Beach Fales, the traditional Fales (palm huts), the location right on the water front, and most of all the heartwarming people.

Fantastic place! I truly recommend. The family was super friendly, the food was very good and it was all very clean for sleep. The location its a mandatory stop! We swam with dozen of turtles in the ocean, it was amazing- in the wild and free $

We had the best time at Tanu Beach Fales!

Crystal clear, mirror like ocean views from the fales, with fish and turtles to swim with at the reef at your doorstep. Delicious homecooked, big meals at breakfast and dinner, with coffee for breakfast and lemon tea at night. Fales have mattresses and mosquito nets for comfort, and sleeping in the open air, with the breeze was beautiful for an afternoon nap and overnight. Bathrooms are basic, but you come to Manase to swim, eat, nap and relax! Staff are so welcoming and friendly, you feel like you were always meant to be there. Thank you!

Friendly owners and nice accomodation. Food provided was delicious and portions huge. A fresh coconut welcome drink and a chat with the family was a nice bonus.

Need to have a website of it's own so it's easier to book and check facilities and services. Deeply disappointed in the lack of a professional website.

The banana fritters, pawpaw and coffee made a great breakfast. Fale was a few meters from the beach. We got a bus around the island to the waterfall and turtles. It's very nice to walk alongside the road, pick up a drink from the shop and chat with the locals. Well worth a visit.
