Tivoli Aparthotel

Loved it My kids enjoyed it and close to the gym enjoyed our stay we will be back

I spent about 10 days at the Tivoli and it was a generally well run hotel. The rooms are a shade tired, and the TVs could do with upgrading but it's very clean, secure and friendly. The breakfast was fine - fruit, toast, boiled eggs, tea and coffee. It's walking distance to the centre of Apia, although most people take a bus or taxi there because of the heat. The pool is OK (I used it a couple of times) but it could be better maintained to make sure the water is always clean. The hotel is in a good spot for those interested in going to NUS or the new archive / museum complex. And there are some nice restaurants a short walk away. It's not a luxury destination but I would certainly stay there again for future business trips.

A wonderful stay! We stayed here for four days. Its within close proximity to the local township. The rooms are spacious, furnished with your basic appliances and immaculately clean! We were treated to a yummy breakfast every morning. The staff have been lovely to deal with and have replenished our supplies promptly whenever we’ve requested. My kids and I also enjoyed the swimming pool which paid off on a hot humid day! It’s also a great stay for a quick getaway when you just need a bit of peace and quiet away from the noise in town. A special thank you to all the staff at Tivoli for your hospitality. We are looking forward to our next stay!

We stayed for two weeks out of our 8 week vacation in Samoa and it was the absolute highlight. Great customer service, very attentive to all our needs and requests. The rooms were lovely and spacious as we came with 6 suitcases and baby gear, fit everything inside. Breakfast was delicious every morning. We would 100% recommend and would stay again. Thanks Carol and team.

Very poor costumer service. The lady at the reception was very unmotivated. Pretty much we felt she was making as a favor to let as stay in the hotel. We asked her for store our cabin size backpacks for a few hours and she refused to do it. Also they request for a bond for the room or leave your passport or credit card, very strange! Never happened to us before in apia. Not recommended at all

Reception lady is rude. Good location but that lady will ruin your stay.

This hotel is terrible. There weren't any toilet paper or towels in the room. We requested some bathroom towels & they brought it a day late. We went out to buy our own toilet paper aswell. We stayed for 4 days & on our 3rd day, Our power went out. Apparently we used "too much power" & we had to pay to get it turned on again. We specifically told the receptionist to take it out of the deposit. She said she did but the power was turned off after not even an hour. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
